BizWorth Express QuickBooks Data Usage Policy

Purpose

BizWorth, LLC ("BizWorth," "we," "our," or "us") offers an optional integration with QuickBooks Online that allows authorized users to import certain accounting information into BizWorth Express to assist with preparing business valuation reports.

This QuickBooks Data Usage Policy provides a general overview of how BizWorth currently collects, uses, stores, and protects information obtained through the QuickBooks Online integration. It is provided solely for informational purposes and does not create any contractual commitment, warranty, guarantee, or representation regarding the operation of the integration, the availability of the Services, or the handling of any particular information.

This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Data Security Policy, and Advisor Services Agreement.

Authorization

BizWorth Express accesses QuickBooks Online only after you voluntarily authorize the connection through Intuit's OAuth authorization process.

BizWorth does not request, receive, or store your QuickBooks password.

You may revoke BizWorth Express's access to your QuickBooks Online account at any time through your Intuit account settings or by disconnecting the integration within BizWorth Express.

Revoking access prevents BizWorth Express from obtaining additional information from QuickBooks Online but does not automatically delete information that was previously imported into BizWorth Express.
