Please note that this report does not include the loan eligibility analysis found in Part A.

By selecting this option, in your capacity as the bank/lender representative, you commit to receiving the valuation report initially and subsequently making the payment within NET 15 days from the report delivery date. It is understood that failure to fulfill the payment within the stipulated timeframe may result in the imposition of late fees and a suspension of work on all report orders associated with the bank.

The prepaid retainer fee is applicable to any engagements that are or may become litigious, or any engagements that include attorney representation. If not utilized, this fee is fully refundable minus the credit card processing fee. You are welcome to pay us by ACH to avoid the credit card processing fee upon request. This fee covers various services, including but not limited to calls with attorneys, responding to case-related communications, testimony preparation, actual testimony, travel, and related tasks. In the event that the retainer approaches depletion, the client will be promptly notified to replenish the retainer before any further work is continued. At the conclusion of the assignment, any balance will be applied to the final invoice.
