TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Terms
(a) A successful referral is when you (the “referrer”) receive a $200 gift card.
(b) For every successful business referral, both parties will receive a $200 digital gift card via email. A digital gift card, also known as an e-gift card or electronic gift card, is a form of prepaid card that can be delivered electronically. Unlike traditional physical gift cards, which are made of plastic and require physical delivery, digital gift cards are delivered via email. Digital gift cards typically contain a unique code that can be redeemed by the recipient for the specified value of the card. They are commonly used for online purchases but can also be used in physical stores, depending on the retailer or merchant.
(c) Eligible reports include Standard Valuation Reports, Certified Summary Valuation Reports, Certified Detailed Valuation Reports and Certified Quality of Earnings Reports.
(d) Ineligible Reports include but are not limited to Essentials Valuation Reports, SBA Compliant Reports, Pitch Books, CIMs, Quick Pitch and other works for hire.
(e) A referee is a friend or business associate whom you have referred to BizWorth.
(f) A customer is a referee who purchases a report.
2. Conditions
(a) Your referee must be a new customer who has not purchased a report from BizWorth before.
(b) For a referral to be successful, your referee must have purchased and received their report. You will not receive a gift card or your gift card will be rendered invalid if the customer requests a refund.
(c) You must be at least 18 years of age and by entering into this Agreement you certify to BizWorth that you are at least 18 years of age.
(d) As part of the Program, BizWorth may make available to you BizWorth branding, trademarks, logos, and trade dress (collectively, “BizWorth Marks”), promotional materials, training documentation, and other materials related to the BizWorth Reports (collectively and individually, the "BizWorth Materials"). Provided you continue to comply with this Agreement and remain eligible to participate in the Program as set forth in the Program Guide, BizWorth grants you, during the term of this Agreement, a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the BizWorth Marks and BizWorth Materials worldwide, for the sole and exclusive purposes of promoting, through the Program, the BizWorth Reports to current or potential BizWorth Customers. We may rescind or alter this grant at any time and in our sole discretion.
(e) BizWorth’s decision in respect of all matters relating to this Referral Program shall be final, binding and irrevocable.
(f) BizWorth’s reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion. These terms and conditions prevail over the contents of any brochure or other promotional material advertising the Promotion.
(g) BizWorth or its employees including the third-party providers used by BizWorth shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, injuries sustained by the Referrer or Referee or another person in connection with this Referral Program.
(h) BizWorth shall not be held responsible for the loss or expiry of any referral link or Promo Code to which the Referrer or the Referee is eligible.
(i) BizWorth shall not process any refunds or be responsible in any manner if either the Referee does not sign up for an account via the Referrer’s unique invite link or the Referee or Referrer forget to use their URL or Promo Code.
(j) The collection, use, storage and disclosure of any personal data by any person shall be governed by BizWorth’s privacy policy and BizWorth’s website terms and conditions.
(k) Any dispute arising in connection with this referral program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and each participant irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harris County
(l) BizWorth may update or modify this Agreement or any referenced policies or documents in its sole discretion from time to time. By continuing to participate in the Program, you accept any modifications we make to this Agreement. Program benefits are subject to change or termination at BizWorth’s sole discretion. If you do not agree to changes to the Agreement or the Program, you must stop participating in the Program.
(m) The updated terms and conditions shall not apply retrospectively.
(n) By clicking on the “Get Started” button, by participating in the BizWorth Affiliate Program, or by posting or sharing a BizWorth Affiliate or Referral Link, you indicate your agreement to be bound by this Agreement.
